Manage myNOVA Account

Follow these instructions to login to SIS.

1. Click on the myNOVA tab on the top left of the screen.
2. Enter your Username and Password.
   
   Forgot your password? Click here for to reset your password.
   Forgot your username? Click here for to retrieve your username.
3. Click Go.
4. The next page displays links to Canvas, Student Email and the Student Information System. Click on SIS: Student Information System
   

When you are finished, always remember to Sign Out to ensure the security and privacy of your account information.

Follow these instructions to find your username to myNOVA. 

1. Click on the myNOVA on the top left of the screen.
2. Click on Forgot My Username.
   
3. Enter the email associated with your account. For students, the personal email must match what you used when you filled out your college admissions application. For employees, the email will be the work email associated with your account. If you do not have these details, then contact the Help Desk.
   

Follow these instructions to reset your password to myNOVA. 

1. Click on the myNOVA on the top left of the screen.
2. Click on Forgot My Password.
   
3. Enter your username or VCCS email account. 
   

1. Log in to  myNOVA.
2. Click  SIS: Student Information System.
3. Click  My Student Information.
4. Your  To Do List will be listed on the right side of the window. 

   Click on each To Do List item to view the full description of what is being requested.

   Financial aid eligibility is typically reviewed within 7-10 business days after all financial aid items on your To Do List are submitted and accepted by the Financial Aid Office. 

   Check your To Do List on a regular basis, even after you are awarded financial aid, since additional items may be requested at any time. 

1. Log in to myNOVA.
2. Click SIS: Student Information System.
3. Click My Student Information.
4. Click on Message Center.
5. Click on the message link to view the message.

4. Your Holds will be listed on the right side of the window.
