Third-Party Ordering (TPO)
Third-Party Ordering is for individuals requesting records on behalf of others, requiring a consent form signed by the student.

How to View Unofficial Transcripts
Students who attended in the last three years can view and print unofficial transcripts via myNOVA by following these steps.
- Log into myNOVA.
- Click SIS – My Student Information.
- Select Academic Records.
- Choose View Unofficial Transcript and follow the instructions.
Parchment
NOVA has partnered with Parchment, a secure and reliable electronic transcript system, to make ordering official transcripts easy and convenient.
Parchment Provides:
- Efficient online ordering for transcripts.
- Maximum data integrity to prevent fraud.
- Tracking from order to receipt.
- Transcripts are available in electronic and paper format.
- Payment options with major credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).
- Email confirmations for order placement, transcript sent, and eTranscript downloaded by the recipient.
Transcript Process Time and Fees
- $10.00 for each electronically sent transcript (typically processed within 24 hours).
- $15.00 for each paper transcript sent via U.S. Postal Service (delivery takes 5 - 10 business days). Please allow additional time for shipping during busy periods (e.g., end of term).
Please note that expedited delivery service is not available.
Track Your Orders
You can track your order in multiple ways:
- Using the DID#
- Access the tracking page.
- Enter the DID# of your order and click Verify.
- Through Parchment.com:
- Log into your Parchment account.
- Click on "Track" under the name of your school to check the status of your order.
Additionally, you can check your order status by signing in to your account and clicking on "Orders." Look for "Where's my transcript?" in the image below, and you will see the status highlighted in orange.
