Get your course materials with NOVA All Access

Our NOVA All Access program gives you access to all of your course materials, no need to shop around!

What is NOVA All Access?

NOVA All Access is a course material model that lowers the cost of materials for you and ensures you’ll have access to all your required course materials on or before the first day of class. Through this new program, physical books will be conveniently packaged and provided to you on a rental basis, and digital materials will be delivered directly within Canvas. Costs will be applied as a course charge. At the end of the term, you’ll receive email reminders to return your physical course materials to the bookstore.

  • Receive all your course materials before the first day of class.
  • Save 35-50% on the cost of course materials each term.

How it Works

Register For Classes

Upon registering for courses, you will be automatically enrolled into the program. Once you've successfully selected your courses, the bookstore will start preparing your order.

Verify Your Order

Starting 30 days before the first day of classes, you will receive an email to verify your order and select your fulfillment preference.

Receive Your Textbooks

An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup or when it ships. Your digital materials will be delivered for your course(s) within Canvas.

To Access Your Personalized Course Materials Page

After enrolling in your courses, you'll have access to your personalized course materials page. Upon receiving our email, please verify your selections here.

To Opt Out of NOVA All Access

If you prefer, you can choose not to participate in the program.

You can opt out of NOVA All Access beginning 30 days before the beginning of your session. If you're enrolled in multiple sessions (e.g., 15-week classes and 2nd-7-week classes), your opt-out period begins 30 days before the beginning of your earliest session (e.g., the 15-week session).

The opt-out period ends on the last day to drop with a tuition refund or change to audit  (the "census date"). If you're enrolled in multiple sessions, your opt-out window ends on the census date for your earliest session.

You can find each session's beginning and census dates on the College's Academic Calendar and NOVA Online Calendar. Make sure you note your opt-out window each semester so you can make the right decision.

The online opt-out period has closed. If you are enrolled in ONLY late-start classes (e.g., 13-week or 2nd-7-week classes) and you want to opt out of NOVA All Access, check with your campus bookstore manager to see whether you’re eligible. You can also email am651@bncollege.com with your school email address and Student ID number to determine whether you are eligible.

This will vary by semester and depends on your course load.
