You must certify that you meet the following criteria:
A City of Manassas resident (part of 20110 zip code only).
All participants will be asked to provide verification of residency in the City of Manassas. You must reside within the city limits of the City of Manassas to be eligible for this funding.
A Virginia resident for the past 12 months.
Some programs may require completion of High School/GED, college, or equivalent.

We highly encourage students interested in an Applied Technologies Career Studies Certificate through Grow Manassas to apply for the FAFSA to be considered for additional federal and state grants to assist with other education-related expenses. Grow Manassas funds will be considered as a last-dollar grant for eligible students after all other grant aid is applied. Books and parking costs are not covered by the Grow Manassas Tuition Assistance Program.
