IT Technical Support Career Studies Certificate
Launch or advance your career in technical support with NOVA’s Career Studies Certificate (CSC) in Information Systems Technology: IT Technical Support. You’ll gain the technical knowledge you need to help solve problems with technology and devices. You’ll also be prepared to take five professional certification exams, including the A+ Software, A+ Hardware, Network+, Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. If you want to earn your associate’s degree, all courses for the CSC can be applied to an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology.
