Learn All About Work-Study

Work-study allows eligible students to earn money toward their educational expenses by working part-time at a NOVA campus. Campus Work-Study Coordinators and the college Financial Aid Office administer the program.

Who Is Eligible?

Contact your campus work-study coordinator if you have any questions about the program. Contact your work-study coordinator if you are interested in work-study but have not been offered a work-study award.

Find a Job

Conduct either quick or advanced searches for available jobs.

Training and Resources

View the NOVA Student Training Presentation to learn how to use the Job-X database to apply for a work-study job once you are offered a work-study award.

Work-Study Supervisors

Work-study supervisors should view the Work-Study Supervisor Training presentation and the Employer Training Presentation. If you wish to convert your work-study student to either a P-14 or Student Hire position, use the Work-study Conversion form. Contact your campus work-study coordinator if you have any questions.
