IT Help Desk Winter Break Support Schedule

Beginning Tuesday, December 23, 2008, through Saturday, January 3, 2009, the IT Help Desk will observe an abbreviated support schedule.  On Monday, January 5, 2009, we will resume our normal hours of operation:  Monday through Friday, 8am – 9pm;  Saturday, 8pm – 5pm.

Security Alert: Paypal Phishing Scam

The below email email is an example of a phishing attempt that appears to come from Paypal that is being sent to NVCC email addresses. As with many phishing emails, it threatens to delete or ‘suspend’ your Paypal account if you do not respond. These emails are attempting to steal your information by appearing to be legitimate requests. If you receive one of these phishing emails delete it immediately.

VCCS Notices

VCCS: AIS Scheduled Outage 9AM, 12/7/08 – 1PM, 12/7/08

On Sunday, December 7, 2008, VCCS will be performing maintenance to AIS Production beginning at 9:00 AM and ending 1:00 PM.  AIS users will be unable to access AIS Production during this 4-hour outage window.
