Description:

Due to the high volume of requests received and the limited availability of spaces, the approval process can take up to 48 hours or more to complete. All requests should be submitted a full 2 weeks in advance, to ensure that each request is processed on time. If this is a same-day request, contact Barbara Fuentes. There are no guarantees that last-minute requests will be honored; please plan accordingly.

The scheduling office will contact the requestor if we cannot determine the origin of the request or need additional information. This may delay approval.
