Glaciers, from the sky

One of my students, Rob M., forwarded this photo to me over the weekend:



He tells me his dad took it along the coast of Alaska. Pretty cool shot. Unlike most of the photos on this blog, you can click through to get a big version.

It's a good question. Rob didn't give me that info. I spent five minutes searching on Google Earth, but didn't find a perfect match. A "GEOLOGY ROCKS" bumper sticker to anyone who can tell me the precise location, to be verified with Google Earth...
