Buy a Permit/Pay a Ticket
Here you can purchase your permit, pay any citation or appeal a citation without having to visit any parking office on the six campuses.
NOTE: When you purchase a permit on the website, you will also be issued a temporary seven day parking pass for immediate use while waiting for your parking decal to be mailed to you. Look for the option at the conclusion of your transaction BEFORE closing the site.
Effective fall 2008, NOVA student parking permit fees are $75 per semester.
Part-time P-14 staff are eligible for one staff permit at no charge. Additional permits will cost $75 each.
The following violations will result in a Virginia State summons being issued by Campus Police: parking within 15 feet of a fire hydrant; parking in a fire lane; parking in a handicapped space or without proper authorization. To appeal, the recipient must follow the instructions on the summons. Appeals cannot be made in a College Parking Services office.
Students can purchase parking permits online at the Parking Services website 24 hours after registering for classes. At the conclusion of the transaction, a temporary parking permit can be printed out for immediate use. Go to http://parking.nvcc.edu.
