Congratulations on your upcoming graduation!

In order for your degree/certificate to be awarded, you need to apply for graduation. Before you continue to the online application below, check your Degree Progress Report to be sure you have met all requirements for graduation through courses completed or in progress. If there are any discrepancies, contact your Student Services Center or your academic advisor.

Graduation Requirements

To be eligible for graduation, all associate degree, certificate and career studies certificate students must:

• Fulfill all of the course work and credit hour requirements as outlined in the college catalog
• Be approved for graduation by their faculty advisor
• Earn a grade point average of at least 2.00
• Complete at least 25% of the credit required at NOVA
• Resolve all financial obligations to the college and return all material

Applying for Graduation

You will need the following information in order to complete the graduation application:

1. Your Student ID number
2. Your NOVA student email address. This is the ONLY address that will be used to send graduation information to you.
3. *The type of award you are seeking: AA, AS, AAA, AAS, Certificate or Career Studies Certificate
4. *The exact name of your program
