NOVA's Business Offices help to uphold the overall mission of the college by providing financial and administrative support services to the college community in a timely, effective and professional manner. They are happy to answer any questions you may have about NOVACard, parking, property control and distribution, fees, tuition and financial holds.

After Hours Payments: For your convenience, a drop box is located near the door of the Business Office for after-hours payments. Please do not place cash in the drop box. Checks should be made payable to NOVA and include your Student ID and daytime phone number.

Storeroom responsibilities:

• Inventory control for the campus
• Stocking specific supplies for the campus
• Mail receipt and distribution
• Vendor delivery receipt and distribution
• Receiving reports
• Processing required forms for equipment taken off campus by faculty and staff

If you need assistance when the Storeroom is locked, please use the intercom system on the wall to your left (as you face the Storeroom doors) in order to obtain help from the Campus Police & Parking Services or the Business Office.
